About Online Fitness and Yoga Classes:
I love teaching dynamic group fitness and yoga classes that are versatile.
THE style of classes instructed are improvized and choreographed to best reflect participants physical abilities.
The different styles are:

Synopsis of Various Styles:
-
Hatha Yoga: Slower paced style. Postures are held longer (30s-2min). Emphasis is on breathing, relaxing and full body flexibility.

Power & Core: Main focus in building the core, while the dynamic style build, lengthen and stretch muscles creating a strong core and more functional, balanced body. Emphasis is isometric training in combination with powerful flows to challenge the body.

Vinyasa Flow: Vigorous style of yoga that links breath and movement through sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. Emphasis is aerobic, strength, breathe, balance and flexibility. ​

Meditation: Mindful style focusing on awareness of present moment, body, breath, emotions and thought through conscious relaxation.
