ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING FITNESS/YOGA:
Private yoga and personal training programs are customized to meet the needs of an individual with one-one-one time. All levels from beginners to professional athletes are welcome.
Skills, strength, flexibility and overall fitness will be assessed to develop a program in order to achieve health & fitness goals.
Programs are designed to cover a variety of physical abilities, relaxation techniques and yoga/fitness styles in order to achieve your fitness goals faster.

Evaluate your needs in physical activity and nutrition and provide you with a safe and effective excercise plan based on your needs, abilities and goals.

Develop and modify all your excercise techniques as needed to strive for optimal individual effectiveness.

Provide general advice on nutrition based on Canada's Food Guide. If you require more specific advice on diet and supplements we will together work with qualified holistic nutrition professional.
