FUSION FIT YOGA:
My goals and inspirations are to help participants reach an enhanced state of physical and mental health. Results are achieved by blending Traditional Yoga, Zen philosophies and other fitness based activities. Resistance training, cardio training, thai yoga massage, power vinyasa yoga, gentle hatha yoga, ashtanga (primary series), pranayama, meditation & nutrition can be included as part of custom designed programs. My mission is to help attendees maximize their efforts in achieving healthier fit lifestyles.
