ABOUT THAI YOGA BLISS:

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing practice born from Ayurveda medicine. It is a full body treatment that stimulates and repairs the energy flow in the body.

 

It activates Marma points. There are 107 Marma points, each one having a unique impact on the mental and physical rehabilitation of the body. One may reduce pain, another will stimulate breathing while another will help digestive system.

 

The third component is an assisted yoga stretch that moves your body further than you could ever move it. We achieve this because you are not contracting muscles to help with the movement. It is sometimes called lazy man's Yoga.

 

Thai Yoga massage is done on a mat, on the floor with the client fully clothed.

 

HOW I WORK WITH YOU:

  • Will complete an evaluation before beginning your session.

  • Thai yoga massage is a wholesome passive, full body massage experience that is performed on a mat with bolsters/cushions.

  • During the session I will support your body through a series of rhythmic and passive stretches, applying compression and accupressure techniques along the way by using her palms, thumbs, forearms, elbows, feet and knees as massage tools.
